Due to an access control flaw, a CSV file was downloaded illegally. Names, emails and hashed passwords of up to 2,438 people, mostly government staff, leaked.
This incident was imported from a dataset that compiles public announcements, and we are still checking it against the sources. Counts and causes will be updated after the check. Sources are in Japanese.
